• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Any delays in digital or physical delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any inaccuracies in your translation document resulting from illegible or incorrect documents you provided

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
